Quixtar is the same kind of company like Amway.  People are allured to get in for selling electronics, vitamins, appliance, cosmetics and so on to get commision. the original founder(Bill Britt) and 20 senior members earn money by selling books, tapes, video, seminars, camp, conference to the newcomers.
